WE ARE NOT SEPARATE…WE ARE ALL ONE
Yet many separate oneself from others.
I at time, have separated myself from other people due to many reasons…my beliefs, my insecurities, my lack of, my thinking I’m better than another, my not feeling good enough next to another…it can sneaks in in many many ways. Now, when I feel any part of me separate myself or another, I look inwards to see ‘why’ which helps bring me back to my center, helps me heal another little piece of me and lets me see us all as one again.
Our separateness only hurts ourselves and those around us. It’s our separateness that sees suffering, It’s our separateness that holds us back in so many areas of our lives. It’s our separateness that is also the light to our healing & forgiveness.
When we see ourselves as separate to others, we are closed off to so much of ourselves and those around us. We lack compassion, understanding, love, care, connection and we’re unable to celebrate others or ourselves genuinely. We measure where we sit on the value line of life by how we feel next to others, how others see us and accept us.
Yet we are all one.
When we can see ourselves as one, we can heal parts of us that need a little nurturing.
We can feel ourselves open up to learning so much about the world, people. It helps us connect with those we never thought we would, who may live differently to ourselves, yet if you allowed yourself to, you would see just how much greatness is in them.
We all come with our own beliefs, ideas, ways of living, being, seeing the world around us. Every where we travel, live, every person we come into contact with, will have their own ways…we will never find another who lives & thinks exactly as we do, and if we keep fighting this or keep searching for this, we will continue to be separate. This does not mean you have to be in relationship/connection with everyone you meet, we’re unable to hold that, but it’s knowing that being a part of the ‘one’ means accepting the choices or ways of others even when they don’t align with yours and just letting it be with grace. Those who align get to be in your space, the rest still get to be accepted & loved from a distance…yet we are all still as one.
Who you see yourself separate from (in anyway that may be) has a message for you to learn about yourself. You will feel the separateness when it’s in you or around you, take this as an opportunity for your own growth. Not one being is better than another, has more greatness than another, we are all packaged differently, it’s just that those who sees themselves as part of the whole can see the best and wants the best for all (themselves & others).
