365 Days of Growth Journaling Prompts – Yep that’s right, a whole year of me coming to you every day with a new journaling prompt that will see you unfold all that’s possible for you in your life.
Journaling has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, but over the past few years I’ve changed in how I go about it. Journaling has become such a huge part of my daily ritual, I look forward to it. I’ve seen and felt so much personal and business growth.
Sometimes I wish people could meet the person I used to be, so they could see for themselves the changes in me….it’s massive. You can read many of my life experiences that I’ve shared on my JOURNAL or jump straight to this one that shares a list of some of my life experiences that I’ve been able to overcome & heal through journaling. Maybe you will resonate with some or maybe not. Either way, journalling, I believe is great for anyone.
No you don’t need to be a writer, or know how to spell properly, or for it to make perfect sense all the time…it’s simply allowing you to clear your mind and get clear on who you are and what you stand for.
Often we’re unsure ourselves on what we’re actually thinking. When you allow yourself some time and space to write your thoughts down, you can get really clear on where you’re at in that moment, what works, what doesn’t, where you want to make some adjustments and changes in your life, in your world, in yourself.
Journaling is such a powerful tool.
If you keep everything in your mind and don’t release it, it can become such a muddle that you leave no room for growth. So I’ve put together 365 days of journaling prompts just for you…yeap, one journaling prompt each day will be dropped into your inbox.
This is your chance to go deeper into who you are, what makes you tick, what you want to let go of, where you want to see more growth within yourself. There are so many possibilities and opportunities for everyone and I would love to see you become very aware of that for yourself.
This is an exercise….an exercise for the mind. It’s so important to keep our mind strong.
We can be seen looking after our physical body but our mind is one that is usually the last to be cared for – yet, I feel, one of the most important of all, especially as we get older.
And just like physical exercise, it could be a little challenging to begin with, but if you’re willing to make one promise to yourself, and that is to do a little journalling each day – even if for only 5 mins, you will start to see a difference as time goes on. You will unfold some truths, some dreams & desires and before you know it, you will be journaling your little heart out and stepping into the person who has the ability to self-empower.
