STOP ENTERTAINING THE THINGS YOU DON’T WANT!

Where does your mind go?
What do you often find yourself thinking about most often?

If you find yourself always thinking about what you ‘Don’t want’ or how you ‘Don’t like’ a certain something, you are putting focus there.
If you find yourself choosing to do certain things that has the idea of what you ‘Don’t want’ in mind, then you’re moving in the wrong direction. You’ve made it about something else instead of the real goal in mind.

What you entertain grows…

So all the energy, time & focus you put into all the things you don’t want in life, don’t want to happen, reenacting again and again through just your mind alone, will create more of it. More of it in a different means or more of it in the same way.

Shifting your mind to switch focus takes practice, repeated practice, over and over and over again. The moment you’re aware of your thoughts is your opportunity to flip it. As you practice, you will find yourself come in and out between the two, a little dance to begin to bridge the gap between what you don’t want to what you do want.

When you enterain the idea of what you don’t want, you hold onto that part of you. Your energy in that state weighs you down, it keeps you locked in that cage until you unlock it with new thoughts, new direction.

When you entertain the ideas of what you do want, you open yourself up to receiving it, you’re lighter, you’re moving in ways you can only move when you’re focused on what you want and all the things you may have worried about will fall away, soften, disappear all together…this is the magic of only entertaining what you do want in life.

So what ever you want in life…start entertaining them in your mind, in your being, in your engery, in your actions and see what happens.
